The experience

The experience of the worker consists of 3 stages:

• A daily one that is personalised according to his timetable and personal or family commitments.
• A weekly stage that depends on the overwork hours of the week
• and a long term that depends on his increase or decrease of overwork per week for a period of at least 4 weeks.
